My car accident was one of the worst experiences of my life. However, the lawyers of Fredson, Statmore, Bitterman made this experience much better. I was referred to the firm by my sister-in-law who heard an ad on the radio. Perhaps that isn't the best way to find a law firm, but it connected me to the firm of Fredson Statmore Bitterman, so it worked out well for me. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr Fredson, Mr Statmore, and Mr Bitterman as my case matured. I was impressed when Mr. Bitterman came to my hospital room after I called and asked to speak with someone. He collected the information from me and was very helpful in explaining the whole process. I spoke with Mr. Fredson several times on the phone as my case developed. He and his staff helped to take care of all of the medical bills and documentation that is required for a car accident case. Finally I spoke with Mr. Statmore when my case moved to the settlement stage. He helped to explain my options and listened to what I wanted to do. His experience was of tremendous value and I very much appreciate the time he took to explain things to me. Lance Bitterman was anxious for us to retain him as our attorney by making multiple phone calls for us to retain him. We decided we would use this law firm. Unfortunately, this was a very unprofessional experience that lacked communication. We had a very serious concern regarding our case and reached out to the attorney for a return call and he never responded. His unresponsivesness led to him closing our case without any notification to us. We needed some very important paperwork for a medical procedure and his assistant lied and stated it was being worked on and our case was closed. No one ever notified us of our case being closed!!!! I would not recommend this firm, extremely unprofessional, lacks communication and the decency to inform clients of anything pertaining to important aspects of their case.
