I hired Mr. Nolan in 2009 with 3 counts of Aggravated Assault on Police Officer’s! Not a light case but very serious charges. I received Pre-Trial intervention and saved my job!!! Mr. Nolan is very direct, and brutally honest with his clients! He Makes No Promises. So do not lie to him, you only screw yourselves! He is very caring and understanding and really fights for his Clients!!!

Michael Nolan represented me when the Office of Administrative Law REVERSED their determination on the RREM grant I had already received and used to rebuild my home. Right from the beginning of the process Mr. Nolan took my case seriously and worked very hard to help me prove that I was truly eligible. He was knowledgeable, organized, professional and compassionate. He explained my possible outcomes and did not make any promises. Hiring Mike Nolan for my suspended driving case was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He got all charges, including my speeding ticket dropped, and instead I was given a relatively small fine for failing to provide the officer with my driver's license. I had used Michael on two separate occasions both involving drug related charges. When I consulted/hired Michael for the first charge he kept me well informed and educated on the matter, eventually guiding me to get a conditional discharge. The second time I hired Michael for a possesion of CDS he kept me well informed throughout the whole process of court being postponed because of a failure to provide evidence, and when they finally came through with the evidence Michael really went above and beyond to get me the best results possible. I walked into expecting to get charged with possesion and Michael talked the prosecutor down to give me a lesser charge that was only a disorderly conduct rather than a drug charge. I could not ask more from a lawyer than what Michael gave me. I would definitely recommend.

Michael Nolan in my opinion is the bet lawyer around, every time I use him he gets me the best situation possible. I had a 2nd degree charge and he got everything dropped and only ended up getting me one year probation. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a attorney.
