As executor my sister’s estate he has been dragging out the transfer of bequeathed common stock for over a year despite the tax waiver being paid. He claims that he is “overwhelmed “. A simple matter of seeing to the transfer of stock after the tax waiver has been paid does not take over a year. Numerous requests go unanswered. Would definitely not recommend.

Really, really great lawyer and paralegal Tiffany was wonderful. They were on point with the closing of our first home and made the experience a good, stress-free one. Would recommend to everyone.
