This junior associate was assigned to my case by the lawyer I retained. He is inexperienced in negotiations and capitulated to every demand of opposing counsel, so much so I thought he was their lawyer. He was unable to resolve the matter giving the other party much more than was initially requestedand caused me to lose a considerable sum of money. He is also disingenuous and told numerous lies in conference to save himself. Follow up everything discussed in writing. Invoices were primarily of conferences between him and his supervisor, basically billing me for advocating for the other party. I am very disappointed in the outcome of this matter, and would not recommend this firm or these attorneys to my worst enemy.
