Have used Bob Mesessa on several occasions, he's a very through lawyer and what I liked best is he kept us informed.

We spoke with several real estate attorneys but Bob's professionalism stood out even during the first conversation. Throughout the entire sales transaction Bob was communicative, responsive, thorough, worked in a very timely manner and always made himself available to us. He did such an incredible job that we decided to also engage his services for the purchase of our new home in another county. Both transactions went perfectly smooth because of the effort and attention to detail Bob and his entire staff put into everything they do. He is a brilliant man who is good to have in your corner. Bob Massessa and staff just completed a real estate closing for me. The house is located in Butler, and I am out of state, 600 miles away. Bob and staff were excellent in keeping me apprised of every step and I became very comfortable and confident in their work. He stays on top of everything and copied me on all documentation throughout the process. I never had any difficulty reaching him by phone and I was able to scan/email a lot of documentation when appropriate and necessary. I highly recommend Bob and staff, they were great to work with.

Great lawyer

I’m closing on my second house now and Mr Masessa and his staff are so courteous and super fast with all the paperwork. Anything I say is in writing and sent out to my house the next day. Also he’s very reasonable on the price of his services. Would recommend to anyone looking for a no hassle attorney.
