Haber sido representados por el abogado Gian Carlos fue una grata experiencia. Mi caso de asilo se presentaba como un nuevo reto para el y claro para mi. El abogado me asesoró, me dio confianza y con responsabilidad manejó mi caso junto a todas las pruebas de la persecución vivida por mi en mi país por parte del Gobierno. This lawyer only cares about money. He charged me $250 for my first 5 minutes session. Their office contacted me and said they can help me but when I met with the lawyer he said I he can’t help and that I have to pay $250. So, he basically knew that he couldn’t help me but he just needed $250 from me so he lied and called me in for a consultation. He is a cheat

Totally not recommend. Hardly put effort to work on my case. After I hired a different attorney in Philadelphia I won my case with a U-Visa, thank god! Derek wasn't honest at all. Wasted plenty of money. Definitely WORST experience EVER!

The first time i spoke with derek decosmo i was behind bars and already had my mind made up to throw away 20 years of living in the united states because i thought i had no chance of winning my immigration case because i was coming from prison with a pretty extensive record. Although this firm specializes in immigration matters, I knew they handled criminal matters as well. I reached out and was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I sat with Derek, who reviewed my paperwork and discussed my options. He took the time to explain every detail of my case, answered all of my questions, and went over what his plan of action would be. As soon as I retained him, him and his office immediately began working on my case. Since this wasn't a simple municipal court matter, I felt worlds better having him at my side at my next court appearance in Superior Court. yo pague $250 para una cita. el abogado llegó tarde. Cuando finalmente llegó, me hizo esperar 20 minutos más antes de verlo. Mi cita fue a las 2 de la tarde. No vi al abogado hasta las 3:20. Después de la consulta, estaba hablando con el traductor afuera y él me dijo que lamentaba tener que cobrarme una tarifa de consulta si dependía de él, sería gratis. Ese traductor debería ser el jefe.
