Throughout the negotiations and closing, Warren was very professional and is extremely knowledgeble. He is a busy professional, as he is a good lawyer, but at the same time he does not ignore his clients. We would normally receive a response via email or phone call withing 24 hours of our inquiry. In our case, the closing date and the loan completion came down to the wire, and Warren was excellent in dealing with the lenders, and us at the same time.
