Very happy with his legal representation with Chris as I was facing three dui charges, which we won. Ended up pleading to reckless on one, carless on another and third dui was overtrurned by Appellate court after being granted Certification. Chris is extremely personable and is not a rip off with his rates.

Christopher Benevento was able to get a vary favorable ruling after I was stopped by NJ State Police without any reason. Mr. Benevento argued with the prosecutor that NJSP had failed to provide any reason why my car was originally pulled over. He also argued that NJSP failed to provide evidence in a timely manner. Ultimately, I was able to get leave the court house after paying a small ticket but was able to retain my license. I highly recommend his services.

it's not very on top of things almost lost the case if it weren't for the fact that he was facing such morons and had to be given the information by his clients to know when the actual court date was other than that sure he went out of his way to be helpful and do things and make people feel comfortable it's unfortunate that looking back on it now I can see why he said some of the things he said and what we're supposed to be private conversations guess it's really all about the money but then again who knows but it probably is that way when you have to go and open your own Law Firm because your partner can't work with you anymore or your boss not really your partner
