My wife and I worked with Susie on what was (at least to us!) a complicated, interstate move. We were selling a home in Minnesota and buying in New Jersey in one transaction, which involved several contingencies. Throughout the process Susie was incredibly patient, informative, unendingly helpful and always responsive. Susie handled the close on our behalf as we drove across country. Ben even offered to hand the keys over to us on July 4th when we arrived. We could not have asked for a better experience. Both Susie and Ben are really great people too.
