I have retained Cindy Wilson to represent me in my divorce about a year ago. Throughout the whole process, she was continually able to come up with multiple options/strategies for approaching any issue that would arise; she gave me a lot of insight and support; she was very patient and understanding; easy to talk to, professional and responsive. She is also very versatile - she is a great meditator, but she can also be firm and aggressive in her approach if needed. There has been a lot of challenges and delays in my case, and although it felt frustrating at times, I have never worried that everything will work out in the end because I knew that Cindy and her team has my back. With that said, we have reached an agreement which I am content with, and I am officially divorced as of now. If not for my ex-husband and his lawyer, I believe this would take even less time than it did. I would also like to express my gratitude to Michele and Alison. Michele was handling all the paperwork in my case, and she was extremely helpful and responsive whenever I needed to talk to her. Alison was arranging all the meetings, and it was always a pleasure to speak with her. Cindy helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I had went to court the previous year with another lawyer and did not fully understand the process and settled for the old Father's custody of "once during the week and every other weekend." After consulting with and then hiring Cindy I did very well in court the second time. I gained valuable bonding time with my daughter, holidays and special occasions. My custody agreement was very detailed and fair. When I had a change of circumstances this year; again I hired Cindy and I won again in court! I had two different judges in family court and Cindy worked diligently to win me time with my daughter. Being 2-0 in family court after an established custody agreement is no small feat. I highly recommend this lawyer for family matters.
