Paul was above and beyond what I expected. First of all, Paul answered the call and was overly pleasant, knowledgeable, and well-educated on international laws. Not once did he press me for consultation fees or request to be hired first. I tried 7 or 8 other companies across the US and received no return calls, leaving voicemails, speaking with the answering machine mostly, or answering services. Paul was a breath of fresh air.
