Excellent attorney.i recommend him highly. He really cares about my case and his legal writing is unmatched.

Only gave him one star because it doesn't allow negative stars. Research him with attorney ethics because he already has complaints waiting on a decision from a judge due to the very same negligence as my accusations. If you have any complaints on mark please fill out an attorney grievance form with attorney ethics. He never responded to me throughout my entire Divorce! He kept charging me for meetings with his new paralegals due to him having a ridiculous turnover and him never briefing them...leavinge to have the task over repeating the same cycle over and over for nothing. Divorce took 3 years and only happened after he got himself removed from my divorce. I tried to file a motion for my children during these 3 years because he did nothing but because I" had "him for an attorney they wouldn't allow me to on my own behalf... He still never kept an appointment. And wasn't acting as my attorney the entire time... Doing NOTHING! Thanks to Mark I... Haven't seen my daughter in 3 years.. Had a house, two businesses, bmw... Now homeless...as a" displaced homemaker ". Never got alimony... I've asked him for a itemized statement of all my fees and he ignores me... I mean why not, he didn't respond as my attorney why would he after the corrupt family court system released him? I only was waiting 3 years! Never once kept an appointment.. Charged my brother's CC for more fees Double 5k twice for some fraudulent tro by my ex yet did nothing for me in it anyway.. Please for the love of God do not hire this pathetic excuse of a human. Mark this isn't over,still learning how to hold you accountable. Luckily I have a year 😊. Unfortunately most unpleasant, unprofessional firm that made my stressful life with an abusive of all types husband who who would call the NJSP on me every time I escaped even worse. He did not perform any service to keep me safe, provided for with spousal support, like groceries , having our taxes and bills paid, a home health aide or keep any of the promises that he made me.,

I am a client writing this as a negative 1 star review after 8 months of having Mr Mark Guralnick as my attorney. I never would have thought that I would have such a horrible experience with Mr Guralnick. His practice areas were exactly what I needed. My mother and I were both very impressed with his website. His weekly blogs showed what we believed was his attentiveness. My mother and I saw his numerous 5 star reviews, but we noticed that there were a few negative reviews and we also dug deeper where we found a few other negative client experiences elsewhere. We just thought that these were extraordinary circumstances, something like of not being able to please everyone, and we disregarded these negative reviews. Then quickly realized that this 1 stars were accurate immediately after signing the retainer with Mr Guralnick. I have cried at how I have been ignored more times than are acceptable. My mother's phone calls also have been ignored too. Mr Guralnick's phone service is unprofessional. They say they will check if the "attorney" is available, and come back immediately to say the "attorney" is in a meeting. It's disgusting. I also relay the importance of a call, but to this answering service URGENT doesn't mean anything. I also had wrote Mr Guralnick an email to explain my exact legal issues and I explained that I needed a few legal matters needed to be addressed immediately. I then waited patiently, and waited and waited and then after a month I had to remind Mr Guralnick that he needed to address this issue immediately. Mr Guralnick ignored this too. The issue was time sensitive to a court, and Mr Guralnick ignored the Court's deadline. Then after the deadline, Mr Guralnick told me that he's going to have a hard time getting the court to acknowledge my issue because I missed the deadline. On a different important matter which also was time sensitive, I had to remind Mr Guralnick on a dozen occasions. This second matter has been completely ignored by Mr Guralnick. I gave Mr Guralnick the benefit of the doubt, however it's been 4 months since I actually spoke with Mr Guralnick. The only responses from Mr Guralnick are that he's been busy with other clients, and he'll have time for me soon, but this is game of his has gotten old. 4 months was beyond reasonable. I will be contacting the NJ Bar as well.
