“My primary reason was that they cared. I visited the office one time and personally witnessed this, the staff was so helpful to a potential new client, didn't seem to even care if they chose to retain the firm, they were genuinely concerned for the well being of the person, you never see that anymore. BUT, when it comes to handling my file, they were as aggressive as pit bulls and were extremely well versed in the Law.”
