I hired Mitch to handle an extremely difficult child support case in New Jersey for arrears that dated back to over 5 years ago and wasn’t closed out when the child turned 18; however Mitch and his team handled it effectively despite the delays due to covid and the court house. In the end I got the result I was hoping for with affordable charges. I confidently recommend this attorney for family law issues and disregard the negative reviews from unknown people.

Mitch was very accommodating to my busy lifestyle. He was understanding to my situation and handled the process with grace and fact. He is fair when it comes to price and his office staff is friendly and smart. I would definitely use him for other services if I need.

Mitch Mullen has got to be one of the best divorce lawyers in NJ. My case was complicated. I went through three other lawyers. I dropped the three other lawyers because they either overbilled, didn't get back to me or were just incompetent. Mr. Mullen somehow navigated my litigious wife's lawyer, helped to get a baseless Final Restraining Order dismissed and charged me much less than everyone else. Mr. Mullen is technically competent and very honest. I think Mr. Mullen also does a good job because he has paralegals which do all the admin work. So there's never a problem with scheduling, fees or reaching Mr. Mullen for an update on your case.

I hired Mr. Mullen for at an emotional time. He guided me through the process expertly and got me a positive and fair settlement. I don't know if the last review was legitimate but perhaps the facts of that person's case warranted nether result. My divorce was not inexpensive but Mr Mullen billed fairly for all the work he did. My wife and I needed an attorney to represent us with a real estate purchase and was referred to Mitchell by a friend. Was hoping for a routine purchase experience but had a lot of obstacles along the way and Mitchell was the only party (between our realtor, the seller's realtor, and various third parties) that consistently gave us good advice and to whom we thought best had our interests at heart. Would definitely recommend retaining a lawyer for a real estate purchase and would recommend Mitchell's firm again for this purpose.

Due to the success I had the first time with Mr. Mullen, I had no doubt I would hire him when I needed help again. He reviewed the initial motion filed against me and attempted to work with the plaintiff to avoid going to court in order to keep my fees lower. Unfortunately, the plaintiff insisted on going to court and attempting to recoup their attorney preparation fees. When we got the judge's tentative ruling, he quickly worked with the plaintiff to come to an agreement. He let me know what was in my best interests and how to proceed. It didn't take long for him to work out an excellent deal, and we were out of there quickly without having to stand before the judge, which reduced my fees even more. His countermotion also convinced the judge it was unjust for me to pay the opposing attorney fees. In the end, I basically got what I wanted, saved about $500, and the plaintiff left no better than when they had arrived.

I hired Mr. Mullen to help me with my complicated divorce. He was willing to work with me since i had limited funds. He really understood what I wanted to achieve and the best way to get those results. i would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking legal help.

I hired Mitch Mullen for a landlord/tenant case. WOW! Mitch was always prepared and ready to go. Always showed up on time to court and keeps in contact with you if he is running late. Mitch is very easy to speak to and polite. He always is available to speak to you if you need him. Of course I won my case thanks to him! Also the ladies in the office are amazing! They are very polite and professional. Thank you very much for all your help. I am so happy with everything that I hired him again to draw up a lease for my new tenant.

After a long battle with my ex, Mr. Mullen got me a great result and exceeded expectations. He allowed our son to complete his college education without worry of how he'd pay for it. For support and college related issues, I'd recommend him cause he gets results.
