I strongly recommend Mark Bernstein, he has my full confidence. If you (or your loved ones) are facing charges, you will not find a better attorney. The first time I contacted Mark was in July 2017, before I was facing any charges, it turned out that the state filed simple assault charges against me, and in December I needed an attorney to represent me in court. Mr. Bernstein spoke with me from July up to December, and was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and outlined what I can expect. Mr. Bernstein provided super representation and achieved an incredible result, the case was totally dismissed! I would also like to mention that the case had a co-defendant, the co-defendant had his own attorney, and Mr. Bernstein was able to work amazingly well with the other lawyer! The favourable outcome was possible because of the incredible professionalism of Mr. Bernstein. He is calm and down to earth, not to mention that Mr. Bernstein works well with state powers and knows the judges/prosecutors/etc. very well. The case was not simple - yet all of the charges were dismissed.
