Attorney Aumiller was great! He is extremely knowledgeable about federal employees rights and benefits. Although my case was different from what they handle, I was extremely impressed with him and his cute NY accent. I would hire him yesterday if I had a case he handled.

The federal workers comp program is a disaster! Without the help of Aumiller Lomax I would have never obtained the medical services needed or received a schedule award. Great Company !

I was referred to this law firm with hopes that they will help me. I received a phone call from Aaron Miller (Lawyer) after I missed my appointment cause I forgot to call during the time but no one sent a reminder email or called to remind me prior. Aaron greeting was very unprofessional, he told me as he reviewed my case it’s not a priority he has other obligations. I asked him if he was ok and did he have time due to me hearing aggravation in his voice. He then asks me about my case, as I proceeded to tell him I felt as if he wasn’t interested. I asked him if he was interested if not I will go with someone else and he agreed. I will NEVER recommend this firm.

Can’t even get a consultation because the secretary is gate keeping. I would give zero stars. And I can do paper work myself that’s the easy part I don’t need help with that. I would advise anyone else to do the same before forfeiting 20% of your final payment from owcp to the lawyer 🤡

Being a Federal Employee it was difficult finding an attorney that deals specifically with the Department of Labor / OWCP. Finding Jason Lomax was the best thing that could have happened for me. Right from the moment I first spoke to him I knew I was in good hands. He and his staff were very kind and extremely knowledgeable on the matter at hand. I was helped and informed throughout the whole process and if anything arose that needed attention it was handled immediately. After all was said and done I came away with a fair and just award for my injury and I have Jason Lomax to thank for that. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who has sustained an injury on the job.
