Great place to go to in a difficult situation. They have your back, their fee is reasonable. If you have to go to war on some owcp stuff, I would call this office. My problem was the dept of labor and usps. Mr Aumiller and his dedicated staff did a great job. They were very patient and professional as you have to be dealing with dept of labor and usps

Was very rude. Told me my case wasn’t worth it before even hearing the case, cut me off could tell he was likely driving around irritated . I contact him months ago. The secretary was kind. She is extremely patient But the actual lawyer felt the need to try to belittle me and inform me he has a living to uphold and a family to take care of while I’m sitting there explaining how I’m out of work because of a torn rotator cuff. Btw I did elect to go to surgery.. You came off insensitive . I have since then obtained a lawyer and preparing for a whistleblower/workers comp case whose been with me every step of the way: this man is probably a great lawyer, I just never got to that part with him. I’m sure they will be fine with or without my review but it truly bothered me . Well wishes for “just a postal worker”
