Results far exceeded my expectations

These federal attorneys don't care about federal workers like they claim. If so, they would be available for the scheduled appointment. Instead their secretary answered and lies by informing me that they are running a little behind he will call you in less than 30 minutes considering our consultations are scheduled in 30 minute blocks. So after an hour I call back, he is still busy. Then no call back whatsoever. To answer your response I say just be mindful of what you say, fact is, if your secretary wasn't telling me stories, why haven't I received a call back if you was really cared bout my experience with your firm? Sounds like you need to how to apologize better.

Joel is always there when you need him. I referred a handful to him and they all feel good with dealing with him.. Thanks Joel..

November 2011, I had to undergo emergency surgery due to an on-duty accident. My supervisor was giving me a real hard time. I was referred to Aumiller / Lomax. I spoke with Aaron - 10 minutes later my boss called and told me they would be giving me the 45 days COP. Aaron was on top of it. Then Jason became my point man. Holy cow has that man represented me. Every step of the way, he has been in my corner. He has looked out for my best interest all the way. He and Michelle have been two of the most incredible people I have ever known. If you are a federal employee and something happens. Do NOT think OWCP is on your side. Jason and Aaron are on your side. Aumiller / Lomax are the best. You cannot go wrong. It was indeed a good experience to work with Aumiller Lomax for my OWCP Case, which was initially denied but subsequently it got accepted by timely intervention by Mr. Jason Lomax of Aumiller Lomax, LLC. Even after accepting the case my claim for lost wages were repeatedly got denied . However with the help of Mr. Jason Lomax, I got paid all lost wages and leave buy back got credited to my account. I would strongly recommend them for similar situation of OWCP Cases without hesitation.

I want to personally thank Aaron Aumiller and his staff for working diligently to get my worker's compensation case denial overturned. I am a letter carrier for the USPS and was hurt on the job. I highly recommend Aaron to any worker who is legitimately injured in the course of his or her work duties. Untimely, put off & nonresponsive. I initiated a call from the start, I asked for the attorney license to verify standings. He advised me he was either going on vacation or on vacation and didn't have the number to give me. This was in June 2018 and I never received a response. I phoned several times before October 2018 thinking he was working on my worker's comp claim. He tells me he dropped me as a client after getting my record from OWCP in July 2018. I hired him to retrieve information regarding the schedule award. He spoke very loud to me, interrupted and prejuded me the entirety of communication. Not good!

Jason Lomax has been in my corner since 2013. I have struggled with the department of labor over a work injury, but Jason has assisted me with advice, representation, and instruction through this crazy ordeal! Anyone dealing with worker's comp. should hire Jason, or Aaron! They will certainly put you on the winning path. My case is still managed by Jason as I am moving into different areas of my injury claim. I truly wouldn't want to go through this process without their assistance.
