My husband and I are so happy that we had Joel during our first home buying experience. From our offer to settlement, Joel walked us through every step. After our inspection report came back, my husband and I were prepared to negotiate on repairs. Joel made sure the seller fixed every item on the list. It saved us thousands of dollars and a lot time and elbow grease. We recommend him to all of our friends and family. Joel is a down to earth guy who won’t beat around the bush. We felt comfortable confiding in Joel and confident with him by our side at settlement.

I highly recommend Joel Spivack to everyone I know! After reading all the fantastic reviews about him on google and yelp I decided to call in and request a consultation. I was at a terrible point in my life financially and filing chapter 7 at this point was my only option. Mr. Spivack walked me through the process with understanding and respect. I've just received my discharge papers and for the first time in a long time I can finally breathe! So if you're reading this review ( like I was) just call you wont be disappointed.

I have to say Joel turned my life around. He took the stigma out of bankruptcy and made me realize this law is to give people second chances. I was able to move on and be a more responsible with my finances. I live on a cash bases only. Credit cards are bad and the credit card companies want to put you right back in debt. Do not let them!
