All of the staff of Rice & Quattrone were always very professional as well as personable! They were knowledgeable and made sure they took care of every detail that was needed and in a very timely manner. Sarah Cranston Esq was great! She helped my family when we were going through a really stressful transition scrambling to get my mom into a facility and qualified for Medicaid. She also did all my parents estate planning documents which they had wrongly put off until absolutely necessary. Sarah provided excellent representation and advice, and was with us every step of the way, and even helped us afterwards when a few months down the line some billing issues came up at the nursing home. Could not be happier with the result and her guidance, and would absolutely recommend. 5 stars!

Having lost our only two remaining grand parents and our Mother within 13 months, we had 3 separate estates to settle in three separate states. I have full trust in Pam Quattrone and would not hesitate to recommend her to be a legal representative to handle Estate/Medicaid needs. Pam successfully handled my mother's NJ Medicaid application, including requests for Fair Hearings where the case worker did not honor well documented financial records. She is obviously extremely knowledgeable and understands the convoluted (my assessment) Medicaid system. I previously went through this process in another state, and when we came back to NJ I had contacted two other lawyers. Both sent me in directions I was not familiar with, including rewriting all the legal documents I had in place. So beware!! When I talked to Pam she was to the point, the path was similar to what I experienced before and she worked with the legal documents I had in place, without issue.

She took full control and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. They responded immediately to all phone calls and emails. I never had to wait for an answer or call them repeatedly. They were wonderful. Absolutely incredible. I've never had such a positive experience with attorneys. They were so kind and compassionate knowing you just lost a loved one. Pam was very helpful guiding me in the right direction during the time of the loss of a loved one with everything that needed to be done.
