I went in to see Joel understanding nothing regarding the issue of bankruptcy and was unsure of the process…he was very helpful with explaining all that it entailed in a way I could understand…he took us through the steps and I found the process to go more smoothly (and quickly) as a result…he was also available for questions at any time…highly recommend him for all those reasons!

I first met Gary while dealing with a family law issue. My attorney at the time had passed away in the middle of the issue. I was referred to Gary Borger, who stepped in. Calming my fears and concerns about starting that issue from scratch, Gary stepped in and even helped rectify a few issues that I and the previous attorney had not thought about. After the family law issue was resolved Gary also helped with some estate planning needs I had been putting off. I highly recommend him as an Attorney for Family Law.

Joel R. Spivack is a very knowledgeable, personable, and relatable attorney. He removed all my worries with a comfortable resolve and responded immediately to any questions and concerns throughout the process.

My lawyer was Gary Borger. From the beginning of the process through to the final conclusion; he was understanding and thorough. Gary really helped to manage the stress out of the process and navigate me through the most difficult period of my life. I would highly recommend.

Fiore Bucci only answers your calls until you give him your retainer. After that don't expect a call back or an email. I've left 3 or 4 calls and emails and no answer. And when you do get him on a phone for his lack of responding he charges you for it. I had to get a new lawyer and start over after I paid him close to $1,600 and almost nothing was done. When you do press him to do something, he promises it and days go by and nothing is done. When he says he'll have something for you on a certain day, don't expect him to do what he commits to. I think he is the wrong profession.

I was assigned to Fiore Law Group and Mr.Bucci from the Off The Record app. Mr. Bucci was very responsive and helpful before and during my speeding ticket hearing. My ticket was reduced from a speeding ticket with points to a non-moving violation with no points. Hope I won't need their help again but if so I would definitely contact Mr. Bucci again! Liz B
