I've been with Mark for over 22 years alone for just the legal work needed for those Real estate transactions I've done for both my commercial and residential needs. He has been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in this and the related aspects need to safely and smartly navigate these and other my legal needs. I cannot say enough on this point. Additionally, he is an great to work with and cares about his clients. While I could go on, all I can do is to say that I positively recommend him!

I have been very happy with Mr. Cherry's paralegal Sylvia. I recently hired Mr. Cherry for selling my parents' house. Sylvia fielded all my questions. She got all of the paperwork together promptly. She knew about the closing out the home equity loan and ensured that the bank was involved. And on top of that Sylvia is personable. Mr. Cherry also found issues with my contract and corrected them. He was able to represent me at closing. The buyers wanted a concession, but Mr. Cherry negotiated it away. I have bought two houses before. I have sold a house before. This is the first time I feel like I had someone looking out for me. I would recommend contacting Mark Cherry for your real estate transactions because the Sylvia paralegal rocks!!

I contacted Mark Cherry because I wanted to sell a rental house privately, but needed financial advice in the handling of it, and I saw that he had CPA experience. He kept me on point about the various legal complications throughout the process and calmed my financial fears. I had an estate matter that was unique, difficult and long but Mr. Cherry and his staff guided me through the process tackling one hurdle at a time. They really take your case as if was their own and work hard to get it resolved. Looking back on the last year, I don't think I would have wanted any other lawyer handling this issue. His staff knew all the right people to contact and got answers swiftly despite dealing with this issue at the height of the pandemic when offices were often closed. Mark and his staff were always a phone call away for any issues and did a lot of the grunt work needed to complete my case. Moreover they were very transparent in what they were doing and why and took time to explain the ins and outs of the issue(s) that we either might face or are facing. Mark caught the bank underwriter I was using for my mortgage red handed trying to put a lien on my father's house who was co signing for me. Mark said "Not on my watch". He truly had my back and I am very grateful for him and his staff. I closed on my house and it was a smooth process.

We recently used Mark on a real estate transaction to purchase our first home. Following my last estate settlement I called the New Jersey Division of Estate Taxation for a status report and I was told Mr. Cherry submitted precisely what was required to close the estate.
