I had hired Mr. Cherry primarily due to a mortgage issue. He ended up helping me with quite a few other issues that contributed to my initial need to consult with him. He and his staff well exceeded our expectations with communicating with us. There were no surprises along the way. Not only that ... my wife has some health issues. Mark really kept stress levels down which helped very much. I share Mark's name with anyone I meet that needs an attorney. I wouldn't do that without a lot of thought. These are serious issues people are dealing with. We never felt belittled or "talked down to". Mark Cherry and his team are God-sends!
