He is very professional, attentive and SMART! He deserves a five start rating all the way long. If you are reading negative comments about him disregard them all. Nowhere in the world a problem can be solved without a clear description of it and what you want from it as the solution. Define the problem that you face and he will legally solve it for you based on what you want as the outcome. He is one of the best Lawyer ever, I would recommend him to all. He takes times to listen, he acted accordingly from a professional stand-point. He is responsive, kind and smart! He is asking a lot of rhetorical questions, he makes you think outside the box to acquire the information you need. Full of wisdoms, Superb and Smart.

Doesn't get better. Jason is the best, most competent,patient ,articulate lawyer anyone could ever hope to know. He helped me endlessly and always listened at length. He felt like my advocate and explained everything succinctly and in detail so that I could make informed decisions about 2 different suits; 1 with landlord, 1 with seller of a property who refused to return my deposit when the inspectors report turned up issues. Seemed like a good guy and lawyer but never resolved my case after I paid the retainer. I didn’t feel he advocated for me as a client or had my best interest in mind, despite that the other party was clearly in the wrong. The situation that resulting in me hiring him was very stressful to deal with and I ended up having to hire another attorney to complete the case.

Seems like a good guy but he didn't really seem to care or have my back in my case despite that I had suffered a great deal and was not in the wrong. He basically dropped the ball and I had to get another lawyer to resolve the case.

Jason was good hearten and intellectual person. I contacted him with apartment property owner issue, he able to understand the situation quickly and resolve the problem with very reasonable charge. I also contacted him for owner not giving me security deposit back issue. He solved the problem for me got my deposit back. Lot of people have opinion we wont get solution when we go to attorneys rather we just end up paying their bills including me. He is not like that. I really appreciate they way how he works.

Jason seems like he could be a good lawyer and gives counsel. However, I always felt I had to constantly defend myself and advocate for myself and follow up. In the end the case was never resolved so I lost tens of thousands of dollars and suffered a great deal health-wise. This has not been my experience with other lawyers who actually seem to care about their client and resolving the case, especially if you had been wronged.So overall, I'm disappointed as I did pay the retainer fee the case was not resolved at all.

Mr. Pressman helped me address what many of us dread getting: a citation for a moving violation. It's never just the fine that stings, but the points the come with a citation that affect your insurance premiums and hang like a dark cloud over your head for the next few years. Mr. Pressman reviewed the circumstances of my citation, clearly identifying a 'careless driving' citation as one of the more non-specific violations and used that information to discuss with the traffic court prosecutor options to amend my citation to one with no points. Instead of spending the day in the Millburn traffic court waiting with dozens of other defendants to face off against the prosecutor, it became a just a 45 minute trip with the final cost only a fraction of what the original citation would have impacted me with.
