I retained Dan to write a demand letter to a neighbor who was encroaching on my property. The letter was very thorough and detailed, and it included some wording I'd requested, and the overall tone was sending a strong message. And I don't want to make promises for him, seeing as I don't know how busy he may get, but in my case he wrote and sent out the letter the day after I had retained him. The letter was successful, as the neighbor adhered to the demand down to the letter. Another thing worth mentioning is that Daniel is very responsive, always replying to my emails in quick fashion. I am very pleased with my dealings with him and his firm and will not hesitate to retain him and refer him to others in the future.

I've been using this Firm for the past 10 years. Dan is very knowledgeable in various areas of law. I've used him for everything from real estate to family law and even litigation when a customer refused to pay me for a job I did for them. He helped me with a couple of traffic tickets and my grandparents Will and subsequent probate application. I won't use anyone else. He even works with other attorneys so I never have to look anywhere else for exceptional legal help. He really is a one stop shop for all things legal. He's always very warm and inviting when I call or visit the office. His staff is amazing. I really can't say enough good things about this guy and they way he conducts business. I would never trust anyone else for my legal needs. Keep up the good work Dan!

He's only good for selling homes but nothing else from my opinion. If you have to tell an attorney his job, it's time to leave that attorney alone.

Wow!! I had an amazing experience with Dan Barli & LLC! This was my first time purchasing a home, and Dan Made is go as smoothly as possible! I have nothing negative to say about him at all! He was so Nice, very patient! All questions that I had were also answered in a timely manner.. I would absolutely use Dan Barli & LLC again, would recommend him to anyone!! Hope to be able to use him & the team again for my next home Purchase in the future!!!

I give the one star. The price was fair but the service was poor. They are slow to return calls and neglect paper work I sent them.

Dan, Dania (his paralegal), and the team at Barli & Associates, LLC were an absolute pleasure to work with! They helped us purchase our first home. They made what can be a daunting, overwhelming process run very smoothly! They were readily available by phone call and email for guidance (we sometimes emailed and called them several times in one day). Quick response time! Willing to go the extra mile! Quality work for a reasonable price! They were attentive to our every need throughout the process. We needed to close by mid January to prevent our rate lock from expiring (which would have cost us several thousand extra $$$ to lock in a new rate or to extend our current rate!!). They helped ensure that we closed on time. We closed within 9 weeks of "purchasing" the home. We are very thankful for all of their hard work. We are happy to say that we are all moved in to our new home and are looking forward to starting our next chapter. We could not have done it without their assistance. We are appreciative of everything that Dan, Dania, and the team did for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone currently undergoing the home purchase process. THANK YOU! :)

Dan Barli was recommended to me to handle the sale of business and piece of real estate. Dan can probably classify my sale as one of the worst closings of all time due to continuous problems that were encountered. I feel bad for putting him through such an ordeal but Dan and his staff remained professional. Dan and his staff did a great job at representing me at all time and always had my best interest in mind. Dan's expertise and experience helped see this difficult closing through to the end. This attorney is great. He is very responsive to his clients needs. He pushed and went above and beyond to make the closing on our house happen. He's staff is also amazing. They were very friendly and professional. His paralegal was very knowledgeable and I was never concerned to speak with her on a matter when Mr. Barli wasn't available. Over all I would highly recommend this company.
