I used Cella and associate, LLC once before for my I-130 application, and they did an amazing job! So I came back to them after I got my citizenship to apply for 3 new I-130 for both my parents and sister. I called to ask about the procedure and pricing and spoke to Gabriela. She told me they had 2 appointments available for friday and that I need to make a payment first and fill a form before then. I received her email with instructions yesterday at 4 pm. I had some trouble filling the form, so by the time I looked over it and tried to fill it they were closed. My husband called today get assistance on how to fill the form, since we needed to gather some information from my parents first in order to fill it correctly. Gabriela answered again and was extremely rude with him and told him that since we were late to send the form and make the payment( which was a total of 12 hours) ,Our appointment for Friday is no longer available! Long story short, I will not be coming back to them for any of my applications because of her attitude on the phone with us! They just lost 3 applications now and many in the future.
