Horrible experience. I retained Frank to dissolve a partnership and split its assets. We saw him in April, gave a retainer and was told he would write a letter to the other attorney. We thought no news was good news after we sent him everything he requested. Low and behold the letter was never sent to the other attorney! I tried contacting the office numerous times as well as emails and it took weeks to hear back. Finally I was told he dropped the ball and never got to it- months later! After I was persuaded to give him another try (against my better judgement I felt he knew everything and had our documents so give it one more try) He again betrayed us leaving us hanging for another 2 weeks and he never sent the letter. All he said was sorry I cannot represent you I haven't had a chance to do it. RUN AWAY do not go there. I was lead to believe he was a good lawyer and would do what we needed and left hanging. Horrible experience!
