We hired Mr. Fonseca in a unfortunate car accident. He got my car fixed promptly. He also got a more then fair settlement for my wife and I. He is nice,fair and easy to talk to. We highly recommend him.

Tim Fonseca was hired by my landscape firm to help us defend ourselves against an advertiser who ran the wrong ad, but still wanted to be paid in full. Tim Fonseca exceeded our expectations, and we were very happy with the settlement he was able to aggressively negotiate.

I have know Mr. Fonseca for a few years now. Every time I have utilized his services he has always been a call or email away. He always got back to me in a timely manner. He would often call me to give me updates and discuss matters even after business hours. He was truly dedicated to helping me. He always had an answer for me. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for legal help. I could not be more satisfied.

I moved out of my apartment on Oct. 30, 2011. I never heard from my former landlord regarding my security deposit. I contacted him on January 6. The following week a received an itemized list of "damages" and a request for an additional $200 in damages. This wasn't right and the "damages" he listed were complete lies. I contacted Tim the same day to ask what I should do and I immediately retained him as my attorney. He informed me right away that the landlord had to send me a check or mail me an itemized less of the damages within 30 days. Tim sent a letter to the landlord within a day of contacting him and discussing details of what happened. The landlord went to his attorney and sent back a letter along with the "receipts" of the repairs to fix or replace what we damaged and mentioned that they were willing to waive the additional money that they were owed. Tim noticed as soon as he looked at them that they were doctored up invoices (The landlord's father owns a hardware store). He immediately sent a reply back to the attorney that we rejected their offer for settlement as a last good faith attempt to resolve this before filing suit since their attorney would not return any of his calls. After several more attempts on Tim's part, he filed the suit against them. Once the suit was filed, it was smooth sailing from there. They filed a counter suit and once we presented them with all the information we had pertaining to the case, the attorney tried to settle for half the amount of the security deposit. We rejected that and demanded the full amount or we would take our chances in court. The finally agreed to return our security deposit in full. If it wasn't for Tim, I never would have seen any of this money. He remained calm when I panicked. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing as it was happening. He was very responsive when I contacted him whether it was via office phone, cell phone or email. He always got back to me right away. The thing that I needed most during the whole ordeal was reassurance. He constantly reminded me to trust him - he wouldn't do anything that he didn't believe was right or the truth. I would hire Tim as my attorney again in a second. He did everything right with the big things and paid attention to the little things (like me freaking out).
