My fiance contacted this law firm for days in regards to what we believed was dental malpractice. To be fair, neither of us are very familiar with law suits and what steps to take. Despite the emotional and physical trauma she has been through, Mr. Defuria still felt in necessary to be extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone to her. He made light of the situation and was insulting with his word choice. Not necessary, let alone professional. In contrast, I've spoken to other lawyers who have offered sound advice, leading me in concrete directions. Do not waste your time when there are more deserving practices out there that won't make your bad situation worse! When you feel you have truly been mistreated and neglected by a professional doctor, you shouldn't have to deal with suggestions from a lawyer on ways to have said doctors "throw you a couple of dollars." Disgusting.
