Mr. RC Papa, called me back in the evening and extended his sincerest apologies to me and offered to see me personally so I went back to the office today and he was outstanding, he was very thorough and he explained everything to me in such a way that I walked out of the office feeling very pleased. So I'll add 3 more stars✨ My grand mother always talk to me about first impressions. and I had a horrible one today when I visited their office today, I had an appointment for 2pm and my brother and I sat in the reception area for over 30 mins. Waiting to be seen by someone, at 10 mins past 2 the receptionist told us that someone was on his way he was stuck in traffic. I said ok and that was it. At 2:25pm we ask the receptionist what was happening and she said that she was going to see if there was someone else who could help me, she went inside and never came back out, I got frustrated and left. That was my first and last time am never going back there.

I can not rate this practice at this time, however I will when I have more info for you all. The offices are very clean, some friendly staff members. I started out with Frank Parisi as my Lawyer however, I was passed off to another Lawyer in the middle of case after working with and signing all paperwork with Frank, and was told by Frank another insurance company picked up the insurance do to a bankruptcy for original insurance company, case is still ongoing as I was informed by Jack, the new Lawyer on the case. I have received nothing as of yet...I'll be in touch. I give the benefit of the doubt to all that it will be a gr8 outcome fur all involved. ✌️💯💞🏀Resolved, thank you so very much Jasic and Corrodino and Papa
