This is happened in the end of 2019, we had some issues resulting in the lost of our home. Due to a different lawyers mistake. We needed help in getting out home back, we are not educated in law. We were referred to Richard. Richard said numerous times “He does 60 of these cases a year” “Sit back and relax, have a glass of wine” “I’ll get your house back no problem.” Between end of 2019 to June 2022. When June 2022 our house was purchased online because the house went back to the bank, which he did NOT disclose. This man did virtually nothing for almost 3 years. Bills for phone calls to no one, bills of “investigating” and incorrect math resulting in absurdity. WE LITERALLY NEVER STEPPED INTO A COURTROOM WITH HIM. Somehow the total for his “services” resulted in over $15,000. Now, with the benefit of hindsight, I understand now once a house is foreclosed there’s no getting it back. I was literally 22 years old during this process hearing all this. My parents are hard-working business owners not educated in law who put trust in this “man.” So on a moral/ human level this man could have disclosed this information that we would never going to get our house back. “Hey guys, the house is owned by the bank and there’s nothing I can do.” But no, he lied and took our money over the course of years promising us he’d get it back. Human beings don’t get much worse than Richard, main reason I am posting this is because he did not answer me.
