Wonderful experience when closing on my home a couple years ago. Very professional and super friendly. They helped me out so much and I highly recommend anyone that lives in Bergen co to work with them. The girls there always got back to me with any questions or concerns! Great law firm!

Emailed me back with questions to my questions. And that too, an email would come after 3 days or something. And claimed emails went to spam. Sounded completely disinterested, condescending, and unempathetic. If this is how she runs her business for an initial consult, you are better off somewhere else. Update to response below: First of all, why have an email address if you are expecting new clients to call you? Secondly, I reached out to you asking for an appointment. You started off with a one line disclaimer about what you do and don’t do, without finding out more, and letting me know your availability. So yes, you don’t represent me, but common courtesy would have been to say “sorry to hear that”, and letting me know how to book an apt with you. If you had asked me to call, I would have. Third, when I responded to your email with some detail, you followed that up with another question, and yet another statement—I never asked you for clarification on this point too. Basically, your responses sounded condescending and dismissive. Finally, I have every right to post my review and experience here, just as your other clients have. Clearly, many of them are positive. So. I am moving on, just as I told you, thanking you for your time.
