I had my hearing this morning and was incredibly nervous, as well as uncomfortable with the whole situation and then I had the privilege to meet and be represented by Mr. Borger. This gentleman not only helped alleviate any and all stress associated with my case but also helped make me realize this wasn’t the end of the world, and should instead be viewed as a new beginning. I can not thank this man enough and highly recommend him to anyone in a tough situation, not only is he knowledgeable in his field, but he treats you with the utmost respect and dignity. Kenneth’s firm took over my case from another firm that gave up New Jersey clients. For the past six months Ken has been fantastic. Bankruptcy is never easy but with Ken handling our case I feel at ease knowing that he has our best interest in mind. We are very happy with what he has accomplished for us.

I want to thank, Kenneth Borger Jr, for helping me with several situations pertaining to my chapter 13 case. Kenneth works in Seymour Wasserstrum's office and man what a GREAT ASSET!!!! He really has gone beyond the call of duty. Also, HE PICKS UP HIS PHONE!!! That is amazing that when you need to speak with him, he actually picks up his phone or returns phone calls.
