Dave was our attorney for a residential home sale and purchase. The first house fell through and there were extenuating and annoying circumstances on both sides. Dave's advice during this time was on point, and he stayed calm at all times. We learned from him and he always knew how to communicate appropriately at all times during each transaction. We joked around that Dave wouldn't just "know a guy" to help with anything we needed, but that Dave actually probably *is* that guy - the guy who can solve all the problems. We tried again and the second sale/purchase went well. Dave stuck with us for months, got it done, and everything went the way we needed it to. Dave's knowledge and professionalism - not to mention friendly nature and willingness to always hop on the phone and answer questions - were valuable assets during a stressful time. My husband and I recommend him whole-heartedly.

Dave has been our real estate lawyer for selling and buying two homes - he is like a ninja in terms of answering emails, giving guidance and communicating with other attorneys - it usually makes the other lawyers look terrible because Dave is really that on top of your sale/purchase.
