I needed help with a inquiry dealing with the division of revenue and enterprise services. Not only did Linda never even bother to pay mind to my issue, but her office gave up completely after 2 weeks. They didn't care that even they couldn't get through after 2 weeks. It's been over a month and still no movement on my issue costing me and my wife $4500 in tax deductions. She got elected because she's a Democrat, not because she cares or does anything helpful.

Horrible, disgusting, and very old

Through the efforts and the professional advise of Marty and his staff, they were able to resolve a major tax problem. I requested to speak with Mr. Davidoff because I wanted to be assured that I was protected from a State Tax issue I have been having. After doing some research and getting referred to him, I knew I would have the best to advise me. He made time for me and reassured me that I am safe. I was receiving threatening letters from the IRS due to a clerical error by a realtor. IRS insisted I owed $3.5M, when I really owed nothing. Had to hire Marty Davidoff's firm. Worked primarily with Alison Gadoua. Alison worked non-stop (and during the pandemic as well) in having the IRS realize an error was made, and the letters stopped. Finally resolved after a long 2 years, and my name was cleared. They had held up my tax return, but I received it with interest when all was resolved. I could not have done that on my own. Very happy Marty's firm was on my side.

Nicole Bononi-Wilson accomplished the impossible after my accountant was unable to rectify an issue that had been dragged out for years. After Covid it is nearly impossible to correspond with the IRS. Nicole persisted and fought nonstop until our issue was resolved. Somehow she always knew someone else to speak to or some other method of getting in touch. Highly highly recommend for any IRS problems. Grateful to have found her. And she is always accessible, getting back to you nearly instantly even on weekends and evenings. Truly impressive.

After MANY attempts and MANY years of trying to reconcile my New Jersey state taxes…I was completely defeated. My phone calls and emails were either being ignored or they were passed on to different agents.
