Lack of attention to detail and poor client communication
“Neither Alan nor his assistant explain to me what I should do to request for a repair so I didn't put everything in writing all at once. If I send all my requests at one shot, I might have a chance to get all that I asked for. I felt Alan and his assistant didn't really pay attention to details and assumed that I am supposed to know everything.”

Failure to show up for important meetings
“I closed my real estate deal in January, 2019 and Alan didn't even show up in the closing. He has assigned another attorney in his office to sit in there, but the other attorney never worked on my case. Neither Alan nor his assistant told me that he won't show up. I found out the minute that I walked into his office. I was extremely disappointed.”
