Ben Ginter was a pleasure to work with. He did the house closing for us and kept us in the loop the entire way. He made contact with the title company, the buyer side attorney and our relator and kept the process moving along smoothly. we had already moved out of town which adds a little complexity to the close, but with Ben on the job you would have never noticed any problems. Pleasure to work with and very professional... would recommend him and use him again.
