After all the horror stories I’ve heard about the home buying process, especially in the current market, Ben helped tremendously in making it as seamless as possible. He was always quick to answer any questions that we had and made sure to inform us of any discrepancies with the copious amount of paper work involved. Thank you so much Ben! Trying not to repeat most of the reviews, I found Ben Ginter to be great! He was quick to answer any email, no matter how trivial the question. This was an estate sale and he could not have been more helpful or kind. Such a pleasure to deal with. And for the work he did, his fee was so very reasonable. He's a nice guy and a great attorney. I'm sure he's what you're looking for!

I highly recommend Ben Ginter, he did an amazing job in closing two real estate transactions. As a realtor and his client, Ben was responsive, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease during the hectic sale of one property and the purchase of another.
