Another big solid recommendation for Gary who we hired based on the multiple recommendations here. He was a solid partner through our home buying process. We had a difficult time with the realtor but Gary supported us through the journey. He's extremely level headed, very calm and shares his unbiased and well reasoned opinion for any complexity. He was prompt in his communications, including when he had to go for a vacation. He worked over a weekend to make sure the attorney review process completes. I can't recommend Gary enough.

Gary helped us win our property tax appeal. He performed comparative market analysis and recommended doing an appraisal to argue for a lower assessment. He clearly communicated important milestones throughout the process. I highly recommend Gary Maher for property tax appeals.

Gary is very knowledgeable and thorough. I reached out to the firm to seek assistance with my property tax assessment. Gary reverted back with a thorough analysis, ultimately it didn't make sense for me to move forward but Gary was upfront and honest about it. I also appreciate how Gary dived deeper to assess other twp properties for comparison and helped me understand the process. Would seek Gary's service for future legal services and highly recommend!

Gary handled our home sale closing and I am so thankful he did. He made everything so easy for us, answered my endless questions patiently, and took care of everything. This was the first tiime we sold a house, so we needed a lot of guidance, and he provided it so wonderfully. We would use him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him.
