Vinny helped me save $3,000 when I was told that I needed to pay a restocking fee to return a custom item I had ordered from a company that was made incorrectly. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and stayed on top of the matter until my full refund was received. I cannot recommend him enough. I made a call to Vinny after weeks of trying to get a refund on my own, and within an hour, he sent a letter via email to the company, and I was notified by the end of the same day that I would be receiving a full refund. Was dealing with a lemon law on my truck, the truck company offered me way too little. They were able to get me everything I payed back on my truck. Handled all of it and just kept me updated on what was going on. Worked on my case every chance they had. I also had problems with my car warranty and they helped me facing the warranty company. Highly recommend them. They are personable and very easy to talk to. Willing to help in anyway they can!

Vincent worked tirelessly to get me my compensation and a good deal more! He is always available for advice and has gone above and beyond by offering his service for small things pro bono.
