I have worked with Mr. Ritte on three separate occasions. I have always found him to be all of the things listed above and more. He is extremely easy to talk to, and does not overload you with a lot of legal jargon. He has always been responsive to my calls, if not able to take my call, he gets back to me in a very reasonable and timely fashion. He has been extremely organized, making our recent closing as smooth and easy as I could ask for. Even though he has a pleasant manner about him, he stands his ground when the opposing attorney gets too assertive. His billing is clear and concise, and I feel his fee schedule has been very fair. I felt that I was charged very fairly, and not nickeled and dimed for every email or phone call. Something I find appalling by other attorneys I have worked with. I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for a very knowledgable, thorough attorney who has an easy manner about him.

Jason Rittie is the kind of attorney most people wish for...responsive, reliable and willing to go the extra mile to uncover the positive opportunity in the case. Jason handled our real estate transaction and in addition to making the process smooth and easy for us, he researched the property extensively uncovering the additional parcel of land that was missing from the survey. We appreciated his diligence and knowledge in handling the complexities of this for us.

Jason took what should have been a simple Landlord/Tenant case and followed it through many different courts and areas of law. Acted with the utmost professionalism during a very emotional case that weaved through Landlord/Tenant, State Civil and Federal Bankruptcy courts against a very very difficult Defendant. Ultimately, we (the Plaintiff) prevailed, which was exactly what Jason had promised on Day 1.

Jason did the excellent job in the closing of the purchase of a commercial property and liquor license for me. There is no doubt that I will ask him to do my next closing shorting.
