I was involved in a car accident where I was permanently injured. Even after surgery I was unable to get back 100% due to the injury. The insurance company representing the person that hit me was rude and was quick to put off my injury's. Slowly we amounted rather large medical bills from the accident. Everyone from the ambulance service to the hospital demanding immediate payment and forwarding me to collection services. At lot of times it was errors by their billing department that was keeping them from being paid but they did not seem to care. This all occurred even though the person who hit my was at fault for the accident. . Even with my insurance coverage that paid 80% of the medical expense I was still out a lot of money. Mr. Leonard and his law firm was not only understanding but very attentive in my needs and problems. Along the way they took the time to explain my options and assisted me on many occasions when I had questions. On multiple occasions I had to ask them to intervene with hospital collections, and problems with my medical coverage. Mr. Leonard's law firm constantly kept in touch and on top of my problems. They were quick to respond to my legal needs and were very attentive and showed real concern to my issues. I highly recommend them to anyone needing legal representation. Mr Leonard and his team followed up and where constantly on top of the issues. If the need arises I would use them again. They were able to get me a decent settlement and have been straight forward and informative during the entire process.
