Ms.Riordan made me feel like everything would be ok from the first time I spoke to her. Her professionalism, patience, knowledge, and empathy is the perfect combination. She answered all my questions, gave me ideas to think about, and I really felt that she had my personal best interest at heart. She helped me through what was an incredibly difficult time and I am thankful for that. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a divorce lawyer who will listen them, and then work as a team for the best possible outcome.

I worked with Catherine on a case with a Narcissistic and emotionally abusive spouse as well and found her to be a poor choice. She did not listen or take any of the things that my ex did seriously and basically worked to just get things done not in mine or my children's best interest. She did not listen, did not follow through, and implemented rules, and then only tried to enforce them for me but not my ex. I would not recommend her to anyone unless they had a very straightforward and low conflict situation.

I cannot thank Ms. Riordan enough for her counsel, advice, and support throughout an often frustrating case. If you need an attorney that honestly cares about you as a person, not just as a client, than look no further than Catherine Riordan.

From the first consultation, Catherine’s approach was human. She listened and didn’t interrupt. No question was stupid. She walked me through each step, and provided options that were fair and respectful. My kids and our new future were our focus. We made a plan and she kept me on track, when I wanted to waiver. Documents provided were detailed and accurate. Our expected timeframes were met. At the end, my former spouse and I had closure and a new beginning as co-parents.

I cannot begin to describe what an excellent job Catherine did on my case. She explained the entire process so I understood everything, answered all my questions and fiercely fought for me. I was lucky to have her. I highly recommend her!!!!!

Catherine was not amazingly caring to me, unlike the supposed Sandi’s review. While I was not only was I going through a divorce but my ex was play mind games with me and assaulted me in the beginning. She knew it took a toll on my mental health and she was mean and pragmatic and ignored my emails of distress. I am dealing with a Narcissistic spouse and this morning she dumped my case when didn’t I completely agree with her every word. 8 months of working with her and I have nothing in writing. #justahousewife #rippedoff

I would recommend Catherine to anyone who needs a good divorce lawyer in the State of NJ. Go to her FIRST!!!! If you don't go to her first, then at least go to her afterwards. She is an amazing attorney and you will love how she puts you at ease. My friend went to Catherine after his divorce lawyer gave him the shaft during his divorce. He was confused and overwhelmed with all the paperwork his crazy ex-wife had him swimming in on a continuous basis (even after the divorce was finalized). Catherine "took the bull by the horns" and sorted everything out for him. She explained all the documentation he had brought with him and told him what the next steps were in order to get peace of mind. He followed her advice and now he no longer receives unreasonable requests from his ex-wife. Thank you, Catherine for being such an amazing lawyer!!
