When I chose to use representation for a speeding ticket, Brian informed me we'd have to reschedule my court appearance. This was fine, until I learned of a last minute, out-of-state trip I'd have to attend. I was concerned this trip would interfere with my new court appearance, the date of which hadn't been set yet, so I phoned Brian at his office. (He is always available to take calls). He said he'd do his best to find out about the new date. Not only did he call me back within 15 minutes (he completely dropped what he'd been doing to call the municipal court for me), but he had good news. The new date did not interfere with my trip. Brian added that if the new date was inconvenient, he would've tried to make my original, pre-attorney court date work so he could be there for me. He's just wonderful. I'd recommend him to anyone.
