BEWARE! If you are selling a home and Simon, Monahan & Simon is the attorney for the buyer, make sure you get it in writing that the escrow is released via wire the day after the buyer signs off. They have been holding my money for weeks and Tom Monahan refuses to respond to my emails. Incompetence or dishonest? Pick your poison.
