Petra Vavra showed up to my deposition ( she was assigned as my attorney by her firm Martin, Kane & Kuper ) wearing Yoga Pants and ballet slippers. She was completely unprepared. I was not surprised to see that she was a scuba instructor because that seemed more fitting. When I arrived at the opposing counsels office, she was chatting with him behind close doors. She wasn't aware that I could hear them but it sounded as if they were dating. This case turned out very badly for me. Law is serious and you need a serious lawyer. So, please keep looking for an attorney who really wants to help you.
