If you have a motor vehicle violations issue and you need an attorney, LOOK NO FURTHER than Tom Blauvelt. I received 3 traffic violations in Nov 2022 on the Jersey side of the Palisades Pkwy. Speeding, following too close and careless driving...OUCH. I retained Tom for a flat fee and BINGO! Tom represented me and the final result: ZERO points and a $430 fine. Simply Amazing!! Mr.Carroll is expert in what he does. I have a cdl and got a dui ticket, but Mr. Carroll was right there for me. Got my ticket reduced to a reckless driving with one month suspension I'm very satisfied with the outcome. I recommend him for any moving violations any tickets you will be in good hands.

This is tayeh…maintaining a clean driving license is extremely important for CDL holders our livelihood and everything we have is dependent on it. I was pulled over by a state trooper and giving a careless driving ticket. I called and spoke to Thomas and since the first phone call he assured me and gave me the comfort I needed that it would be taking care of to a lesser charge that’s not a moving violation and no points.
