He put my mind at ease during these stressful times by being attentive to detail and staying in constant communication - always available for a call if I had something on my mind. Let's be honest, most people- we simply do not have the best outlook when it comes to lawyers. Myself included. This was my first trip through the legal system, and I had no idea what to expect, but one thing that was certain is that my expectations were low and I was (if i'm being completely honest) a little bit scared of where I might end up if it all took a turn for the worse. Even with an admittedly pessimistic attitude like mine, I realized very quickly that I was actually in pretty good hands. Every time I spoke to Jason, he was up to date on my case and where things stood and how they were proceeding. Any time I needed reassurance that he was still invested and focused on my case, or if I just wanted to see if anything had progressed, he always found the time for me usually on the same day or at worst on the next day for a 10 minute or so catch-up - even when there was no news and I simply needed to have my nerves calmed and be reminded that everything was going to be OK. He was professional, strategic, and I actually felt like I had someone "fighting" for me, as cliche as that may sound. I hope my first trip through the legal system will also be my last, but I know if something happens again in my future that Jason will be the first person I reach out to, and if you've found yourself in some trouble- you should reach out to him too. Thanks again, Jason!
