Submitted a question to Mr Nappen's web site about what I felt were excessive documentation requirements requested by my local police department for a concealed carry permit renewal I applied for. I thought maybe I'll get an email response in a couple of days. To my amazement, not 5 minutes after pressing submit, I received a phone call from Mr. Nappen himself with legal advice about how best to handle my situation. Amazingly fast, personal response from the guy who knows what he's talking about when it comes to NJ firearms laws. As a firearms owner and/or concealed carrier, this is the guy you want in your corner if ever you have legal issues in this state. Highly recommend.

I would like to give him a no star. He is one of the worse attorney I have ever came across. I am a member of CJRPC, ANJRPC and a life time member of NRA. I have tried to reach this Attorney for almost four weeks now. I left messages on his answering machine, I have spoken to his secretory and sent him multiple emails. I need a lawyer for a TERPO and he suppose to be the the attorney who helps people with gun issues. I have never heard back from him even after telling his office secretory the that this is a really a stupid case against me and can be dismiss. WHY DO YOU CALL YOUR SELF AN ATTORNEY FOR 2ND AMENDMENT when you can't even call back to give an advise. SHAME>>>>>

Thank you to Evan Nappen and Louis Nappen for the phenomenal job they did on getting my firearms and Firearm ID back after being denied in Bergen County. Louis was up front and honest about what was going to take place & how anti gun Bergen County prosecutors and judges are. They fought incredibly hard for me and now my case will help others.
