I have dealt with Ken white and his staff for several years. First with a prenuptial agreement, then years a divorce and then post divorce issues. Mr White and have always been excellent, compassionate and understanding. Mr White has always explained everything in detail and advised the best course of action. Extremely knowledgeable and hardworking to get the best possible outcome.

I made a mistake by staying with this firm for my divorce even after there many red flags. They regularly over promised many things which I later found out that were legally impossible. The tactic was to keep the client on false hope to keep the business going. I wish I would have done my own research rather than relying on this firm. Save your money and do your own research rather than relying on an attorney. I was not kept informed about court proceedings and had to reach out to court personally to get updates on my case. My case was actually simple and was given impression that there are many legal issues. When I did my personal research, it was found that the issues could have been easily addressed without additional funds spent on litigation. I will ask everyone to be better informed and educated about your own case and keep an eye on court procedures so that you don’t end up overspending or putting too much time on minor issues. In the long term it can save lot of trouble. Do not believe them . Edit : this lawyer is falsely claiming this to be a fake review however this is not true. This lawyer has deliberately posted fake five star reviews.

The BEST attorneys- Mark and Ken will fight for you while patiently shepherding you through the process and the legal nuances. I was completely broken and vividly remember crying when I phoned Shane & White. I had no prior experience dealing with the law. I sought representation for my father who does not speak English and had entangled himself in a lot of trouble in addition to a divorce. Both Mr. Shane and Mr. White brilliantly handled his cases; I’m thrilled to say they helped close one of the worst chapters of my life. Ken, has a great understanding of Family law. He pays great attention to the minute details of the situation and has a very realistic approach to tackling each step of the case. I have found him to be very responsive and available throughout my case. He is able to deal with custody, and parenting challenges with great professionalism even when the parties are relocating outside the U.S. He has decades of working relationship with the court and is highly regarded at the court. I highly recommend Mr. White as your family/divorce attorney. I first hired a Chinese attorney but realized that he is more of a general attorney who could not help me complicated case. I kept on "losing" because of false accusations and could not see my children which is horrible for a mother. Actually, my prior attorney recommended me to Mr. White. My case was very much contested with about custody, and it was an uphill to run for when he took over my case. Mr. White is very knowledgeable, experienced and practical in his handling of my case. He is also trustworthy and transparent as a prior review said, which cannot be taken for granted in this business. Sometimes the emotions can be high during this family case but Mr. White was counselling me to stay focused on my goal not to get sidetracked even that means more business for him. He is always well prepared for all my court hearings. During my hearings with the Judge, I noticed that he is well respected, and his positions were well taken by the Judge(s) who are not even in Middlesex County. I trust that you will be in good hands with Mr. White no matter how complex and difficult it may seen for you. I am sorry that you are reading this review but some tips after a three-year divorce: 1. Neither party wins in a divorce. It is a loss of your spouse/marriage/years' bonding and attachment no matter how lousy this marriage may be; 2. The loss will always be there, but your world can be larger and more enriched than your prior marriage; 3. Don't neglect your physical and mental health during this difficult course, and if possible some spiritual growth for healing and forgiveness (for yourself and/or your spouse); 4. Create a good support system for yourself; 5. Join a divorce support group. Check out divorcecare, a non-profit for your healing; 6. Don't let divorce define or restrain you, reset the button, move on and cherish many beautiful things that you still have and can be thankful for. You are still being loved.

Had a positive experience w/ Ken and his team in my divorce process the team is proactive in communication very professional! Ken has provided an excellent service through his knowledge and experience, was very patient addressing all questions/concerns and provided guidance throughout the process; he's also quite fair and transparent about the case which is something I appreciated.
